POSITION

As a Recruiter, you are helping great candidates land their dream jobs. You will be sourcing and qualifying top talent, while learning the fundamentals of recruiting and collaborating with a pretty cool team of like-minded passionate ‘Bettsers’.

LOCATION

We are looking for someone located in New York City. Our office is located in Tribeca and will require 2 days in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Network and source top talent across go-to-market roles (Remember, we build things, including a software platform called Connect that gives you access to a network of over 200,000 vetted go-to-market professionals. Of course, you’ll still have to use LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Support the recruiting team by helping build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Engage in high volume, efficient sourcing and recruiting practices
  • We network here! Know of a seminar or conference? Attend it!
  • Act as an advocate for your candidates through every step of their interview process
  • Be a team player. We have a pretty awesome culture, and it would be a shame if you missed out
  • Live, learn and become an expert in the GTM and SaaS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent graduates or career changers looking to break into recruiting 
  • 1 to 4 years of professional work experience preferred, including internships or customer facing roles
  • Goal oriented mindset with strong motivation to learn and grow
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload & manage your time
  • High degree of natural professionalism and attention to detail
  • Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required
  • Great teammate who thrives in an energizing, fast paced environment

Betts currently offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401k benefits for eligible employees, as well as a flexible paid time off policy, paid holidays, parental leave, referral bonuses, and quarterly awards. This role offers a salary range of $52,500 – $60,000, with $82,500 – $95,000 OTE and equity shares.
