As CEO of Betts, Carolyn continues to leverage those relationships to help companies hire the best go-to-market executives.
Lauren leads our western region recruiting teams, and she’s been with Betts since 2016. During her impressive tenure, she’s helped connect top go-to-market leaders with new opportunities at rapidly growing companies. With a long track record of success as a recruiter and a manager, she leverages her invaluable experience to lead our west coast executive recruiting team.
With more than 25 years of experience, Michelle has spent the entirety of her career in recruiting and has placed numerous go-to-market executives at the world’s top companies during this time. She joined the Betts team in 2017 and focuses exclusively on executive searches for sales and marketing roles.
Before joining Betts in 2018, Cassie was an Enterprise AM at Oracle. Since then, she’s thrived as a top performer at Betts. She’s connected top sales and marketing executives with new opportunities, helped build our executive recruiting team, and recently placed a CRO at FlavorCloud and a VP at Kaden.
