POSITION

As a Go-to-Market Recruiter, you are helping great candidates land their dream jobs while partnering directly with clients to build high performing sales and marketing teams. You will manage active searches across go-to-market roles, sourcing and qualifying top talent while being a consultative partner to your clients. 

In this role, you will own a book of business, manage candidate pipelines for your clients, and collaborate closely with a team of passionate, like minded Bettsers to deliver results.

LOCATION

We are looking for someone located in New York City. Our office is located in Tribeca and will require 2 days in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Network and source top talent (Remember, we build things, including a software platform called Connect that gives you access to a network of over 200,000 vetted go-to-market professionals. Of course, you’ll still have to use LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process
  • Work directly with clients to evaluate hiring needs, role requirements, and priorities
  • Own and manage active candidate pipelines across multiple searches and clients
  • We get a lot of pipeline, so you’ll need to engage in high volume, efficient recruiting practices
  • We network here! Know of a seminar or conference? Attend it!
  • Act as an advocate for your candidates through every step of their interview process, from introduction through offer
  • Be a team player. We have a pretty awesome culture, and it would be a shame if you missed out
  • Continue to build deep expertise in the industries and go to market functions we recruit for

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on go-to-market roles
  • Experience hiring across sales, marketing, and revenue related functions
  • Agency recruiting experience with client facing responsibilities is a plus
  • In house recruiting experience is also welcome, especially with exposure to go-to-market teams
  • Money Motivated (this is recruiting after-all, right?)
  • Highly organized 
  • High degree of natural professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Great teammate who works well in an energizing environment

Betts currently offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401k benefits for eligible employees, as well as a flexible paid time off policy, paid holidays, parental leave, referral bonuses, and quarterly awards. This role offers a salary range of $65,000 – $90,000, with $130,000 – $255,000 OTE and equity shares.
