  • What types of positions can I hire for on Connect?
    Connect is designed for hiring sales development reps, account executives, account managers, and customer success managers at scale. If you’re looking to hire other sales, marketing, or customer success roles, you can leverage our strategic hiring and executive search offerings.
  • Where do the candidates come from?
    Our candidates come from a variety of sources, such as referrals and professionals that our recruiters have invited to the platform. However, every candidate on Connect has been vetted by our team of recruiters before getting access to the platform.
  • What is Surge Recruiting?
    You can supplement Connect access by purchasing extra support from a recruiter on a subscription basis. Simply pay a quarterly fee, and get help with meeting your strategic hiring goals. Surge can help you keep up with short-term spikes in hiring needs, hire people located outside of traditional tech hubs, and make hires with hard-to-find skills or backgrounds.
  • How is Connect different from the tools we’re already using?
    Connect is a top-of-funnel sourcing platform that’s designed for hiring vetted SDRs, AEs, AMs, and CSMs at scale. Featuring integrations with Greenhouse and Lever, it helps you reduce time to hire and save money on recruiting fees.
  • How often and how many new candidates are added to the platform?
    We’re constantly adding new candidates to our platform, and we currently have over 10,000 candidates on Connect.

  • How long does the Betts Recruiting process take?
    The typical recruitment process takes between two weeks and six weeks, depending on the position and how specific the parameters are. Check out our case studies for actual search timelines.
  • Does Betts Recruiting recruit for temporary positions?
    Betts Recruiting does not recruit for temporary or part-time positions. We only work on full-time positions.
  • How do I get in touch with Betts Recruiting?

    Betts Recruiting does not require individuals to work exclusively with our company. Instead, we do ask that you are open and candid about interviews you have outside of Betts. Oftentimes, you may be interested in or interviewing for a position at a company where Betts Recruiting has a relationship. Letting your recruiter know the entire expanse of your job search will ensure you land a new position as quickly as possible.
