Phil joined Betts earlier this year in March as a Recruiting Coordinator. He has a background in medicine and research – and although his experience was different, he brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to recruiting. He quickly moved into a recruiting role, and after a few months began gravitating towards working with higher-level candidates and strategic leaders in the NY market.
Beginning this summer, our growing New York office began executing tough leadership searches with ease. The team worked together to bring leaders to companies like Yotpo, Redbooks, and Greenhouse. We are continuing our efforts with growing companies like Trustpilot, SearchMetrics and MongoDB.
