

You need at least 2-3 years GTM recruiting experience as the onboarding process is quick and recruiting training will not be provided.
Within 72 hours.
You will be paired with a seasoned Betts recruiter who will welcome and onboard you.
That is entirely up to you. Your Betts contact will reach out to you every week, assess your bandwidth, and assign tasks accordingly.
You will work on SDR, AE, EAE and CS roles. Assignments will depend on the roles you’ve worked on in the past.
