POSITION

The Surge Recruiter & Customer Success Manager responsible for customer relationships and client accounts for our proprietary recruiting platform, Betts Connect.  You’ll work alongside leadership to implement and refine initiatives and processes that increase engagement with the platform for both candidates and clients alike.  In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to cultivate lasting relationships, analyze and communicate data effectively against goals, and possess a strong sales and business acumen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our team is made up of passionate and ambitious individuals who strive to make a meaningful impact in the world of recruiting. This role will be an early member of the Surge & CSM team in helping establish best practices, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as we continue to scale. In partnership with leadership, areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the customer lifecycle of a portfolio of Betts’ fast-growing clients to drive mutual success and growth; overall accountability for clients’ success and performance against key metrics, increasing engagement, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer retention and contract expansion opportunities such as renewals and upsells, and overall client satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients through demonstrable knowledge of Betts Connect and industry expertise; act as client advocate to address potential bug fixes,  product enhancements, and service improvements 
  • Project manage and document implementation tasks such as onboarding, feature adoption and usage efforts, product training, data migration, and education on best practices
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as part of client conversations to help achieve their DE&I goals as well as ensure opportunities are accessible to a diverse pool of candidates
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients and develop a deep understanding of clients’ business to generate use cases, case studies, and value propositions in a data-driven approach
  • Cross-collaborate with Betters and leadership in establishing internal and external touch points and feedback loops to translate client and business needs as well as product requirements into new solutions; proactively manage account escalations with appropriate Betts contacts as needed 
  • Run point on company-wide training sessions for Betters to aid in increasing engagement and product adoption overall

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate for a long-term career in SaaS Customer Success, and willing to learn the ropes as a Surge Recruiter for our recruiting-tech platform, Connect
  • High degree of natural professionalism and high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Great teammate who works well in an energizing environment (trust me, we’re energetic)
