POSITION
As the Sales Manager, you will report to the CRO, managing and continuing to grow the GTM sales teams to scale proactive customer outreach, and to optimize revenue opportunities for Betts and our recruit-tech platform. This candidate will be the first strategic, sales-specific leadership hire, which creates a clear path for upward mobility within the department as the teams continue to scale. We are looking for a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales, preferably in SaaS sales, with a heavy focus on meeting annual sales targets. The ideal candidate is excited about building out an already rapidly growing sales function from pure brand recognition to a repeatable and scalable team. Cross-departmental collaboration with excellent communication is critical to success in the role. Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and demonstrating exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
