POSITION
As a Recruiting Coordinator you are helping great candidates land their dream jobs. You will be sourcing and qualifying top talent, collaboratively working with a pretty cool team of like-minded passionate ‘Bettsers’.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and screen top talent (coming inbound from the website and outbound from sourcing efforts), and funneling to our team of recruiters/account managers to further vet and place with Betts’ clients
- We get a lot of pipeline, so you’ll need to engage in high volume, efficient recruiting practices
- Be a team player. We have a pretty awesome culture, and it would be a shame if you missed out
- Live, learn and become an expert in the industries and roles we recruit for
- Promotional advancement in this role is to an Associate Recruiter
QUALIFICATIONS
- New graduates welcome
- Money Motivated (this is sales after-all, right?)
- Ability to prioritize workload & manage your time efficiently
- High degree of natural professionalism
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
