As a Strategic Account Executive at Betts, you will be challenged with driving revenue growth and new client acquisition, running a high-performance sales process, and continuing to develop our growing SaaS platform customer base.

This role will report directly to the CRO initially and will have the opportunity to grow within the organization as we continue to redefine the recruiting category.

This role offers a salary range of $115,000 – $125,000 DOE, with $130,000 – $150,000 OTE and equity shares.
