This role will play a critical role in developing the strategy, capabilities and operational rigor for our high growth sales, marketing, customer success and recruiting teams. Equal parts strategy and execution. The successful candidate will have a record of success of integrating, deploying and managing tools in a complex organization.  You will work closely with recruiters, managers and marketing to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and integrate deeper into our tech stack (Hubspot, Outreach, LeanData, Rollup Helper, SalesIntel to name a few).  This role is 50% SFDC admin, 25% (internal) customer success, and 25% project manager.


  • Live and breathe customer and candidate acquisition, analyzing data to support the marketing, sales, CS and recruiting automation
  • Manage all systems and tools related to our sales, CS, and marketing processes with SFDC as our central hub. You will be responsible for the evaluation, analysis and implementation of all tools and software.
  • Ensure the integrity of data and data flows in Salesforce, and other sales and marketing support tools and how they interact with our other systems
  • You will be responsible for data management and integrity for all campaigns with the organization 
  • Create, manage and report a growing set of campaigns for both marketing, sales and customer success
  • Serve as the system administrator for the environment with 75+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Support the SFDC integration and associated support of our Betts Connect platform
  • Manage SFDC data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Align the SFDC roadmap with Betts Connect
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the SFDC skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, managers and development teams


  • 3+ years of SFDC admin experience
  • 1+ years campaign management experience, data management and hygiene experience
  • Marketing platform software experience is required
  • Data Driven:  you’re a natural storyteller, using data to back up your recommendations
  • Adaptable; you flex naturally and roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail


  • SFDC Admin Certification is preferred
  • Hubspot experience a +
  • Lean Data, RollUp Helper and Outreach experience a huge plus
  • Tableau or BI tool experience a +
  • Experience with a marketplace and/or SaaS platform
  • Experience at a fast-paced technology company is preferred
