Manager Of Recruiting

As a Manager of Recruiting you will work to build and scale a team of recruiters while managing sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection and client success.  To be successful in this role, Recruitment Managers should be a team leader who has prior experience sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates within an agency environment, and can now lead, grow and foster a team of 6-10 recruiting professionals.


  • Hire, nurture, mentor and scale a team of of exceptional recruiters
  • Update and design new recruiting processes, focusing on efficiency and quality
  • Work closely with your team to help develop long standing client and candidate relationships
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (IE time to hire, coverage, conversions, etc) and report on performance
  • Implement and bring creative thought leadership for new sourcing methods (IE social recruiting, Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up to date with labor legislation, particularly its direct effect on our client’s needs
  • Participate in corporate events and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships and other partners


  • 5+ years of proven work experience in recruiting management (agency setting is preferred)
  • Managed a team of 6+ recruiters (preference for having scaled and grown team from ground floor)
  • Proven ability to efficiently recruit in a high paced environment
  • Tech industry is preferred, with strong acumen in sales and SaaS
  • Hands on experience with ATS platforms (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with superior team management skills
