POSITION

As a GTM Recruiter you are helping great candidates land their dream jobs. You will be sourcing and qualifying top talent and building your brand, collaboratively working with a pretty cool team of like-minded passionate ‘Bettsers’.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Network and source top talent for our Betts Connect clientele (Remember, we build things, including a software platform called Connect that gives you access to a network of over 200,000 vetted go-to-market professionals)
  • Support and partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure our Connect clients have a successful recruiting experience
  • We get a lot of pipeline, so you’ll need to engage in high volume, efficient recruiting practices
  • We network here! Know of a seminar or conference? Attend it!
  • Act as an advocate for your candidates through every step of their interview process (Aka have their back, and be passionate about their new job!)
  • Be a team player. We have a pretty awesome culture, and it would be a shame if you missed out
  • Live, learn and become an expert in the industries we recruit for

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ months of GTM recruiting experience is preferred
  • Money Motivated (this is sales after-all, right?)
  • Ability to prioritize workload & manage your time from of all those new candidates you’re working with
  • Passionate about recruiting, with a clear internal career track to Customer Success
  • High degree of natural professionalism
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Great teammate who works well in an energizing environment (trust me, we’re energetic)

Betts currently offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401k benefits for eligible employees, as well as a flexible paid time off policy, paid holidays, parental leave, referral bonuses, and quarterly awards. This role offers a salary range of $52,000 – $55,000 DOE, with $75,000 – $85,000 OTE and equity shares.
