Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to  join our agile marketing team and help us share amazing digital content. As one of the members of our lean marketing team, you’ll be exposed to every division of our marketing org and have a chance to make a profound impact at Betts. You’ll focus on email marketing, organic and paid social, website and influencer marketing, while continuing to promote Betts’ brand awareness, and keep Betts Recruiting top of mind to customers and candidates.

Role:

  • Email marketing, social, website and influencer marketing
  • Setting up a marketing nurture, along with running the newsletter
  • Managing organic and paid social presence
  • Establish and maintain our influencer network 
  • Well-versed in HubSpot, WordPress and all social platforms

Job Requirements 

  • 3+ years experience in marketing (preferred), of which 1.5+ yrs of experience in B2B tech start-up (required)
  • HubSpot (required)
  • Email marketing experience (required)
  • Social media experience (required)
  • Paid social and paid search experience (preferred)
  • Desire to work in tech/SaaS marketing 
  • Passion for technology (could be described as an “early adopter”)
  • Adaptable and is comfortable with frequently changing plans/goals
  • Intellectually curious with an eagerness to learn
  • Hard working team player that will help the marketing team exceed our goals
  • Shows initiative and is capable of working independently
  • Takes feedback and uses it to improve

This role offers a salary range of $100,000 – $105,000 DOE, with $20,000 annual bonus and equity shares.
