VC Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a VC Partnership Manager to join our dynamic, collaborative, work hard/play hard team to focus on building and managing our VC Partnership. . We are looking for people who enjoy meeting with C-level executives, decision makers and hiring managers on a daily basis, marketing our brand and building long-term relationships. What you'll do:

  • Build and manage an ecosystem of People and Partnerships
  • Connect with VCs to grow the Betts brand
  • Showcase Betts’ services to the Partners through in person meetings, sharing data and metrics and current market trends  
  • Track open positions across portfolio companies
  • Show VCs how we can easily, quickly and efficiently scale their portfolio companies GTM teams
  • Capture crucial market intelligence from the Partners
  • Provide updates on clients accounts
  • Qualify, manage and track new leads through partner network
  • Enhance Betts VC internal efficiencies and communications by establishing scalable processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Communicate and collaborate with the utmost integrity and honesty with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Betts communications to external stakeholders including VC's and other partners and the entrepreneurial community


  • 2-7 years experience in either venture, sales, recruiting, marketing or account management
  • Must have client facing experience
  • Track record of success building relationships and growing accounts or revenue
  • Results driven with a high sense of urgency that’s balanced with strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and organizational skills
  • A true blend of process orientation and creative thinking and problem solving
  • Independent, proactive and comfortable executing
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast paced environment
  • Humble and self-motivated and equipped with an entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional EQ (emotional intelligence) and the ability to anticipate needs and expectations
  • A natural collaborator, true team-player with low ego and a proactive disposition
  • Outgoing personality, enjoys competition, and possesses a drive to win
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; driven to succeed individually and as a team
  • Ability to balance inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting responsibilities
  • Ability to travel around the Bay Area
