Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to drive revenue, develop and execute sales strategy, uncover and report on sales/account insights, and manage tools and processes to drive revenue at Betts.


  • Serves as a trusted adviser/consultant to the Sales Team and other departments pertaining to sales-related questions and concerns
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth process throughout the sales funnel
  • Facilitate sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Maintain clean segmented contact lists and lead routing workflows to support quarterly demand generation goals.
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Work directly with leadership to create and execute on strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, sales goals, lead generation and management, segmentation / territory optimization, etc.
  • Support the associated tool stack that enables business process across all teams. These tools include Salesloft, Dialpad, SFDC, DataFox, Linkedin, LeadIQ and Autopilot.
    Help sales team on complex price quoting requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new business processes and reporting to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate change across the organization and train teams on new processes


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience including sales operations and analysis
  • You have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality ( certified administrator a plus)
  • Able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results.
  • Proven experience of leveraging data and tools to automate workflows and reporting
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity and the ability to be agile and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; strong in Excel, SQL, Tableau
  • “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude: willingness and enthusiasm to build from the ground up
