Product Manager

Roll-up-your-sleeves and help Betts build a world class talent marketplace for Sales professionals. Our SaaS platform is hosted on Amazon and uses the latest technologies (just say no to technical debt!). This is a rare, ground floor opportunity at a successful company (founded 2009).
 
You will solve complex problems, using a varied and multi-disciplinary skill set. Help define the roadmap and make it happen, from high level vision, to frictionless users experiences. Collaborate with execs, sales, marketing, clients, recruiters, candidates, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the product roadmap, epics and story backlog
  • Align with CEO, Sales, Marketing, and BizDev on go-to-market strategies
  • Follow a user-centered-design philosophy to build delightful user experiences
  • Prioritize and plan the release of new capabilities using agile/kanban methodologies
  • Run beta programs and help with customer support
  • Measure results/KPIs and adapt

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience - ideally with SaaS products
  • Strong UX skill set, developing for business and consumer users
  • Success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to wireframe in Balsamiq, Sketch, or similar, is a major plus
