Office Manager

We’re looking for a positive, do-it-all Office Manager who enjoys managing a fast-paced, dynamic office. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily office operations for the company, ensuring seamless and accurate support is provided across all levels of the organization. Your engaging demeanor and solid organizational skills with help you to be successful within this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in a startup environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage efficient office processes within desired budget
  • Able to keep a pulse on the needs of the office and anticipate needs/see around corners
  • Incredibly organized and proactive
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude, extremely solutions oriented
  • Comfortable with new technologies and systems
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Effective problem solving skills and ability to self manage

Responsibilities

  • Go above and beyond to create an office experience that inspires and delights all employees and guests
  • Bring new and thoughtful ideas to make our office feel representative of our people and culture
  • Own day-to-day office operations to ensure that the office is running smoothly while maintaining tidiness so employees can be productive and bring their best selves to work
  • Determine and manage the best vendors (catering, IT, swag, snacks, etc) for our size and stage of our company
  • Be the go-to person for anything office related, including but not limited to maintenance, supplies, and equipment
  • Partner with the VP of People to implement and maintain office policies and procedures, manage and refine new hire onboarding, and plan and execute creative employee-related events (i.e. anniversaries, birthdays, employee milestones, etc)
  • Receptionist duties including answering the phone to buzz guests in, greeting guests, and distributing mail and packages
  • Assisting VP of People and Sales Enablement Manager with on-boarding and new hire orientation
