Sales Operations Manager


  • Manage end-to-end sales processes by implementing changes and developing documentation
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations, & manage third party consultants on systems integration projects
  • Create and maintain Salesforce policies, procedures, process documentation, and build reports and provide insights on a day-to-day basis
  • Perform data loading and management including updating records and merging / processing duplicate records
  • Perform monthly revenue and account audits through pipeline reviews, team forecasts and executive revenue planning
  • Implement analysis & operational projects to increase team efficiency, productivity, and achievement
  • Provide strategic & tactical support to direct & indirect sales teams
  • Support all functions of sales compensation planning, including modeling, quota setting, plan issuance, rollout process, commission calculations, and sales incentive programs
  • Manage subscriptions and integration of all sales tools, including, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Recruiter, DocuSign, and many others


  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales Operations

  • Ability to focus meticulously on details required to design & build systems required to support sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments for translating key business requirements and implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, and comfortable making recommendations to sales leadership
  • Solid understanding of sales and business processes, and individual sales team member motivations & patterns
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently; high degree of attention to detail
