Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have a significant impact on influencing the success of your team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound activities for assigned segment and/or team
  • Qualify or disqualify inbound candidates based on client specs.
  • Consult with Recruiters to discover hiring requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Source candidates by using databases, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
  • Run various reports through databases and Salesforce to assist team.
  • Write compelling and effective emails and LinkedIn InMails.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and profiles.
  • Use recruiting tools to assess candidate's skills.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified candidates for team of Recruiters
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
  • Deliver on expected weekly/monthly metrics.
