As a Recruiter you are helping great candidates land their dream jobs while forming incredible relationships with our clients. You will be sourcing and qualifying top talent and building your brand, collaboratively working within a strong team environment along the way. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with the hottest, most innovative companies in technology and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for sales and being in a sales culture
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining organization and sharp attention to detail
  • Able to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing startup environment
  • Tech savvy and committed to an ongoing use of a CRM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Excellent attitude and ability to collaborate with a team
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to help meet individual and company goals
  • A great teammate who works well in an energizing and competitive environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Within 4 weeks you will:

  • Be put through our two week, in-house training program
  • Consult with Recruiters to discover hiring requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write compelling and effective emails and LinkedIn InMails
  • Evaluate/screen candidate resumes and profiles
  • Cold-call prospective candidates
  • Build your own strong pipeline of candidates
  • Attend at least 2 networking events
  • Shadow other recruiters at client kick offs
  • Shadow new candidate meetings and setup your own new candidate meetings

Within 6 to 8 weeks you will:

  • Have closed your first candidate deal
  • Be handed your first account
  • Run your own client kick off meetings
  • Qualify or disqualify candidates based on client specs
  • Source candidates by using databases, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Deliver on expected weekly/monthly metrics
  • Regularly attend networking events
  • Be an industry EXPERT
