Managing Director

The Managing Director is an important leadership position in our organization as we position ourselves for our next phase of dynamic growth. This role is critical to the company and requires someone with a solid foundation and understanding in Sales Management, with the ability to work at all levels: strategic, operational, and tactical. To succeed in this role, you must value autonomy while thriving in a team environment. We are looking for a solutions-based leader with the ability to analyze data and provide effective strategies. This role will lead the operational success of a satellite office including office quota attainment, team development, client management, and recruiter success.


  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of managing a Sales team, start up experience highly preferred.
  • Experience managing teams of 4 minimum.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of team quota attainment and employee develop.
  • Ensure team success through all means (training, performance tracking, etc.)
  • Provide forecasting data monthly to upper management (for Leadership Meeting)
  • Track performance of all team members separately.
  • Manage accounts (depending on segment)
  • Qualify new business and introduce to the best POC on team.
  • Refer to SFDC dashboards to track team success.
  • Assist in bringing on new clients for segment.
  • Forecast revenue monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Interview, hire and onboard new hires for team.
  • Run Monday morning team meetings to share recent updates and forecast.
  • Coach all team members through tough situations.
  • Ensure office is seeing coverage across all accounts.
  • Hold weekly 1:1s with all team members.
  • Shadow/Barge team's calls and meetings, provide constructive feedback.
