As someone who has never used a recruiter prior, I can definitely say it was one of the best career decisions I've ever made. I base this conclusion off of my experience with Shannon Garrett.

Working with Shannon was such a great partnership because she's as invested in the process as you are. I found that she was willing to match my efforts and went through great lengths to make sure that I was always taken care of. I really appreciated that personal touch and investment towards my success.

She's personable, very responsive, and a great resource for navigating the field. I highly recommend working with Shannon and will continue to do so in the future!

I worked with Shannon G. and she was absolutely incredible to work with! Within two weeks she took me from no job leads to 3 onsite interviews and 2 job offers. It was amazing how great of a gauge Shannon had of my interests and she hooked me up with companies that peaked my interest. Without Betts Recruiting I would not be living my dream, working in the Bay Area.

I had a very professional experience with Betts!  I got in touch with Shannon via LinkedIn after she had sent me a very respectful email only a month before. She took a genuine interest in my background and geographical situation. She made sure I was only getting interviews with companies that aligned to my career aspirations and interests. She was always been on time in regards to follow up and was available even on weekends. Looking for the right career move is tough, so it was great having someone who was knowledgable about the Bay and the opportunities within it. Couldn't recommend a better recruiter.
