Sally joined Betts Recruiting in July 2015 as Betts Europe's first intern. Prior to Betts, Sally interned at Saatchi & Saatchi, Guns or Knives, Stelfox Recruiting and Rothco. She attended the University of College Dublin where she received a B.A. in English Literature and was a member of the drama society, field hockey player, and 100minds 2015 participant and top fundraiser. Outside of work, Sally enjoys travelling (favourite destination this year was Morocco for a surf/yoga retreat), trying new restaurants, playing/watching sports and attending interesting tech meetups/events.
Right from the word go, I knew that Sally was somebody who I wanted to work with. A diligent professional, who possesses buckets of integrity as well as laser like focus, Sally knew exactly what my requirements were and positioned roles around my needs. Subsequently, Sally found a position which 100% mapped to my vision and that's what it's about!
She is a remarkable Sales Recruiter and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or work with her again in the future! The sky's the limit!Vincent M., LinkedIn Review
Working with Sally was wonderful. She is certainly passionate about her job: She guided me in the most professional way possible and made sure that I was well-informed about the hiring process at all times. Sally is not only a professional but also simply a friendly person, which I find very important when working with someone. I would most definitely recommend working with Sally.Oksana S., LinkedIn Review
Sally is a total professional – organised, detail-oriented and extremely personable. She approaches her work calmly and methodically, providing sage advice and constructive assistance in a comfortable and friendly manner. She is attentive, making sure every step of the recruitment and interview process feels smooth and easy. You don't even realise you're being coached until you see the positive results and feedback. I can safely say I would not be in the job I'm in today without her expert support and guidance.William C., LinkedIn Review
