Maddie is an excellent recruiter; and gives 100% into finding you a great opportunity. During my job search, Maddie was very detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on delivering options that fit the criteria which were most important to me in my next role. I'd highly recommend working with Maddie if you're in the market to explore new opportunities.

Maddie was great to work with during my recent search for a new role. She was flexible, detail oriented, and really listened to what I was looking for. At the same time, she used her considerable persuasive gifts to encourage me to consider roles that I might not have previously. I would definitely recommend Maddie - she absolutely stood out as a considerate and genuine professional in a what sometimes felt like a sea of recruiters.

Lori R., LinkedIn Review

Maddie listens, interprets, makes good suggestions and is responsive.

I'm lucky enough that I receive calls from recruiters ALL the time and it's impossible to call them all back. I can spot a good one a mile away and Maddie is in the top 10%. I was very impressed with her transparency and efficiency to find me the senior role I was seeking.
