Reviews

Lauren Crane!

The entire Betts Recruiting experience was wonderful and I highly recommend them. However, this review is mostly about the absolutely incredible recruiter that I was lucky enough to be paired with: Lauren Crane.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Lauren. She is the definition of what a recruiter should be: part coach, part counselor, and all hustle.

She lined up a ton of interviews for me, prepped me before each one to make sure I was ready, then debriefed with me afterwards. Thanks to her I was able to pass six phone screens and ultimately move into the final round with five of those companies. It wasn't easy, but we did it.

During the last week of interviews, her guidance was simply invaluable. She helped me make some of the most important decisions of my career and I am forever grateful to her for that.

To summarize: Our very first meeting was on May 31st and on June 28th, I signed an offer letter for an amazing job, with amazing pay, at an amazing company that I am so excited work for! A company that I may have never found if it weren't for Betts, and a job that I may never have gotten if it weren't for Lauren.
