I was contacted initially through LinkedIn by Katarina Kljajic who was looking for candidates for positions at 2 different companies. Immediately, she was incredibly transparent, honest and friendly; sent me the role description, resources about the companies, and explained all next steps in detail. Both positions were exactly what I was looking for as the future of my career progression, which included moving to Berlin.

Katarina has been amazing when it comes to giving me the support necessary and answering all of my questions, giving me insights into what the companies wanted to know about me and who they were looking for as their ideal candidate, helping me prepare for each of the interviews, setting-up and scheduling calls, and making sure that my goals and ambitions were communicated clearly to the interviewers. Throughout the process, everyone I spoke to at Betts were incredibly helpful, and it helps when you honestly feel like they're rooting for you, helping you each step of the way, and allowing you to achieve your goals.

Katarina: thank you for helping me achieve my goals and dreams!

Katarina was extremely helpful throughout the process. After an initial chat, I met face to face with her at the Betts Office. I would really recommend to people to do this, as Katarina puts you at ease. We talked over what I was looking for in a role, and I really trusted Katarina's advice and suggestions.

She was excellent throughout the process, always keen to speak before interviews and review them after. Delighted with my new role and very grateful to her!
